中国石化炼油销售有限公司（简称炼油销售公司）是在2004年中国石化成立沥青销售分公司的基础上，于2012年正式更名挂牌成立。公司全面负责中国石化系统内液化石油气、石油焦、沥青、硫黄、异辛烷、石蜡等六大类产品统一经营，业务涵盖市场营销、物流运作、产品研发、技术服务等领域。公司经营总量4000万吨左右，营业收入超千亿元，主要产品国内市场占有率保持领先；公司拳头产品“东海牌”沥青品牌价值超57亿元。

公司营销网络健全，本部位于上海市，在上海（自贸区）、荆门、达州设有3家子公司，在青岛设有1家合资公司，在华南、华北、华中、华东、西部、山东设有6个区域销售中心，在中国石化系统内资源企业设有27家驻企业办事处。

公司科技水平领先，联合共建1个新型道路材料国家工程研发中心，拥有国家授权专利19项，以客户需求为导向，以技术创新为驱动，以定制生产为支撑，建立了“产销研用”一体化新产品研发体系，多次获国家和地区科技进步奖。公司积极布局“专精特新”市场，高档沥青广泛应用于高等级公路、高速铁路、国际赛道、机场跑道及大跨径桥面等典型重大工程，高端炭材料在新能源电池及石墨电极等方面的应用技术取得新突破，攻关创新团队两次荣获“中国石油化工集团有限公司优秀创新团队”。公司积极参与“一带一路”建设，产品出口五大洲18个国家，积极推动项目所在地发展建设，携手生产企业和客户实现共赢发展。

The Company is responsible for the unified management of liquefied petroleum gas, asphalt, petroleum coke, sulphur, alkylated oil, paraffin and other refining products within Sinopec, with business covering marketing, logistics operations, product research and development, technical services and other areas. The Company's total operating volume of about 40 million tons, operating revenue exceeding RMB 100 billion, maintaining a leading position in domestic market share; the Company created over RMB 5.7 billion of brand value for the flagship product “DONGHAI BRAND” asphalt.

The Company has an extensive marketing network, headquartered in Shanghai, including three subsidiaries in Shanghai (Free Trade Zone), Jingmen and Dazhou, one joint venture in Qingdao, six regional sales centers in South China, North China, Central China, East China, West China, and Shandong Province, and 27 offices and outlets attached to petrochemical and oilfield subsidiaries within the Sinopec system.

Leading in science and technology, the Company has jointly built a national engineering R&D Center for new road materials, with 19 national authorized patents, and has established customer demand-oriented, technology innovation-driven, customized production-supported Integrated new product R&D system of “production, marketing, research and application”, and has won national and regional technology awards many times. The Company actively layout "specialization and innovation" market, high-grade asphalt widely used in high-grade highways, high-speed railways, international race tracks, airport runways and large-span bridge decks and other typical major projects, new breakthroughs in the application of high-end carbon materials in new energy batteries and graphite electrodes, etc., the research and innovation team was twice awarded the “Excellent Innovation Team of Sinopec". The Company actively participates in the construction of "Belt and Road", exporting products to 18 countries in five continents, actively promoting the development and construction of the project site, and archieving win-win development with manufacturing enterprises and customers.

The Company has an advanced operating platform with the resource planning system as the core, fully integrating safety management, customer management, logistics deployment, digital warehousing, digital delivery and other systems, which comprehensively supports the Company’s business and operation, and synergistically exerts the role of water-railway trunk line network, distribution network, warehousing network and information network, so as to better provide customers with high-quality logistic services.

More than 80% of the staff have gained bachelor's degrees or above, and 60% of them have achieved junior and senior professional titles, 4 experts with outstanding contributions to Sinopec and 5 winners of Min Enze Young Scientific and Technological Talent Award and special allowance of the State Council of China.
